Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a friendly RISE Personal Care Specialist to assist customers in our New York dispensary. You will guide patients and shoppers with product knowledge and safe usage, matching needs with the right GTI solutions.

You will engage in one-on-one interactions, maintain store standards, support management, and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations. A customer-service background and ability to work varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; retail experience preferred.
• Able to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21+ years old.
• Pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis regulations and company policies.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store culture.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure compliant store operations.
• Ensure local/state cannabis regulations are upheld.
• Maintain stocked and presentable sales floor.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
