Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside dispensaries seek a Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting recreational and medical cannabis products, acting as an ambassador for the brand. You will use customer service excellence, product knowledge, and state compliance to ensure a best-in-class experience from check-in to checkout.

Join a team focused on training, diversity, and authentic growth. Flexible scheduling includes weekends and holidays; part-time roles average 15–25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by listening to needs and offering guidance on cannabis products.
• Educate customers on products and their effects to support informed choices.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers and ensure accurate order dispensing.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities and perform routine inventory counts.
