Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and education.
• Help customers navigate cannabis products and usage as wellness items.
• Build rapport to promote repeat business.
• Work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Provide product information on types, methods, and efficacy (not medical advice).
• Participate in ongoing cannabis education and training.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders at pickup.
• Understand and apply compliance regulations.
