Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. seeks a Cannabis Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and educational consulting in a busy retail setting. The role includes helping customers select products, ensuring compliance, and supporting patient record processes where required.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or hospitality, a high school diploma, and a keen interest in cannabinoids, terpenes and product usage. Knowledge of POS systems and inventory tracking is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Interest in cannabinoids, terpenes and product applications.
• Ability to use PCs and common software (Word/Excel/email).
• Compliance with local/state cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate on cannabis products, types, methods and uses.
• Assist customers in navigating product options and completing purchases.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and store front.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders and stock visibility in METRC/BioTrack.
• Support managers and colleagues in a fast-paced retail setting.
