Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass background check.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Familiarity with basic office software (Word, Excel, email).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care.
• Educate customers on cannabis products (non-medical advice).
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation/store front.
• Process online orders and POS transactions accurately.
• Understand local and state compliance regulations.
• Stock and merchandise inventory.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
