You will guide shoppers through cannabis products, ensure accurate online order processing, maintain a clean store, and stay compliant with local and state regulations while supporting the team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and comply with local, state, and company regulations.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and related software (Word, Excel, email).
• Understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Educate customers and patients on cannabis products and usage.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure inventory updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation/storefront.
• Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays of inventory.
• Adhere to detailed compliance regulations as required by local and state laws.
