Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is hiring RISE Personal Care Specialists to engage with patients and customers from entry to checkout in our dispensary environment.

You will educate customers on GTI products, consumption methods, and safety, recommending appropriate regimens and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. Successful candidates meet customer service criteria, are 21+, and can work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail dispensary setting.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on individual needs and maintain product knowledge.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and comply with regulations.
• Maintain stock and assist with deliveries and inventory counts.
