Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cannabis Advisor for full-time work with open availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation starts at $16/hour plus tips.

The role focuses on exceptional customer service, educational consulting, and, in some cases, patient record management. The advisor will guide customers through cannabis products, help navigate usage as a wellness product, and build rapport with regular customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and comply with local/state/company regulations.
• Willingness to learn about cannabinoids and product applications.
• Ability to use standard office software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand applicable cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage as a wellness product.
• Assist with navigation of products and build rapport with regulars.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure accurate online order details.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and storefront.
• Ensure compliance with state monitoring systems and inventory controls.
• Support managers and fellow Cannabis Advisors as needed.
