Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of positions and levels.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and hiring processes.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong candidate sourcing skills via job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal recruiting team on full-cycle recruiting.
• Interface with candidates to schedule preliminary screens and interviews.
• Maintain communication with candidates through onboarding process.
• Assist in monitoring and identifying top-tier talent on job boards.
• Prepare and send onboarding documents such as offer letters.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay up to date on cannabis industry news and trends.
• Document and report recruiting metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
