Job summary

Verano Holdings is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy across all levels. You will partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs and build strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of positions and levels.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and hiring processes.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong candidate sourcing skills utilizing job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel experience.
• Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must be 21 years of age or older.

Job Summary:

Verano Holdings is a national, vertically integrated operator of licensed cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and retail facilities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist, which reports to the company’s Director of Talent Acquisition, will primarily focus on supporting full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for all levels and areas of the business. This role will directly interface with department leaders across the organization to support hiring needs and will assist in developing and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain an agent badge from the state’s cannabis commission.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Human Resources Information System (HRIS) experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
