Job summary

Mint Cannabis in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Retail Lead to act as an operational extension to the store manager. You will oversee shift teams, drive floor flow, and ensure guests are attended to promptly while supporting discount codes and lunch coverage.

This role requires 1–2 years in cannabis, leadership of large teams, sales experience, and the ability to obtain an Arizona Facility Agent Card. You will manage openings/closings, inventories, POS, and compliance during shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background for large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) an Arizona Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily tasks and supervise 25+ team members on shift.
• Coach and provide sales feedback to the team to improve metrics.
• Monitor inventory, reduce shrinkage, and ensure accurate scanning of products.
• Oversee floor openings/closings, cash reconciliation, and POS use.
