You will train staff, manage daily cash, inventory, and customer engagement, while modeling the company values and promoting loyalty programs.

Qualifikationen

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Dutchie, METRC, or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Leads and assists in daily store opening and closing duties such as cash management procedures, inventory reconciliation, and all processes related to operating the day-to-day business.
• Assists and participates in training from the leadership team on all day-to-day business functions.
• Assists in preparing all in-store cash flow: till setting, cash handling, and cash depositing.
• Works with the management team to ensure adequate upkeep of the store.
• Supports maintenance needs for the facility by actively communicating needs and fixes to the management team.
• Leads and assists in creating a culture of compliance through adherence to all compliance requirements.
• Assists in all inventory processes: daily cycle count, intake, invoice management, organization, selling, and staff training and development.
• Prioritizes shelf stocking and keeping online menus accurate at all times by collecting necessary information from the management team.
• Assists in customer order fulfillment by ensuring order accuracy and timeliness.
• Assists in inventory organization, destruction, and be knowledgeable on all inventory compliance processes.
• Leads and assists in developing staff, coaching, and setting standards of success for every team member.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and leads by example for team members in developing a culture of customer service.
