You will represent Natura's portfolio, led by Sluggers, and develop aggressive strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

This role is commission-driven and requires a proven closer with a deep knowledge of the cannabis market, trends, and consumer behavior.

Qualifications

• Cannabis industry sales experience with California retail relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (e.g., $300K–$1M+).
• Strong closing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, aggressive, and growth-oriented.
• Collaborative teamwork with revenue ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by building relationships with dispensaries, retailers, and key accounts in California.
• Represent Natura's portfolio with a focus on Sluggers.
• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business while managing existing accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Represent Natura at trade shows and networking events.
