Qualifications

• Proven cannabis industry sales experience with active California retail relationships.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage $300K-$1M+ revenue.
• Commission-driven, high-energy, self-motivated sales professional.
• Willing to attend trade shows and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by building and nurturing relationships with dispensaries, retailers, and key accounts across California.
• Represent Natura’s portfolio, focusing on Sluggers.
• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Identify, pursue, close new opportunities while managing existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Represent Natura at trade shows and industry networking opportunities.
