Qualifications

• Proven cannabis industry sales experience with active retail relationships in California.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets; ideally managing $300K—$1M+ in revenue.
• Natural closer with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, aggressive, and eager to grow your territory and book of business.
• Knowledgeable about cannabis market trends, products, and consumer behavior.
• Collaborative and able to work across teams while owning revenue goals.
• Passionate about cannabis and representing a brand that sells itself.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by building and nurturing relationships with dispensaries, retailers, and key accounts across California.
• Represent Natura’s portfolio of high-demand cannabis brands, focusing on Sluggers.
• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, annual targets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities while managing existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment, brand representation, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Represent Natura at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
