You will represent Natura’s high-demand brands, focusing on Sluggers, and implement aggressive sales strategies to exceed targets.

The role is commission-driven and fast-paced, offering growth as we scale nationally, with an on-site Sacramento presence and close collaboration with sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven cannabis industry sales experience with active retail relationships in California.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets—managing $300K–$1M+ in revenue.
• Closer with negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, aggressive, and hungry to grow territory and book of business.
• Knowledgeable about the cannabis market, product trends, and consumer behavior.
• Collaborative and able to work across teams while owning revenue goals.
• High-earning commission structure; top performers rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by building and nurturing relationships with dispensaries, retailers, and key accounts across California.
• Represent Natura’s portfolio of high-demand cannabis brands, with a focus on Sluggers.
• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment, brand representation, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer preferences.
• Represent Natura at trade shows, events, and industry networking opportunities.
