PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Budtender in a fast-paced retail setting in Ohio. You will provide a world-class customer experience, educate patients and customers about cannabis products, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures while supporting sales and hospitality goals.

You will manage POS transactions, stay informed on product details, and contribute to a compliant, safe store environment. Weekend/evening availability is required; compensation is $16 per hour.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state regulations
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures
• Excellent cash handling and register management abilities
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Assist in building a great team and disrupt the traditional retail model
• Drive repeat business through local networking and customer data capture
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge including cannabis laws and regulations
