PharmaCann, Inc. operates cannabis production facilities and retail locations and seeks a Budtender in Ohio to deliver a world-class customer experience and educate customers on cannabis products.

This role emphasizes compliance, POS accuracy, and sales-focused hospitality within a fast-paced dispensary. The Budtender will promote customer service excellence, stay current on product knowledge and laws, and support team goals while maintaining a clean, compliant, and engaging retail environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations).
• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years in customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures.
• Intermediate-level math skills.
• Proven expertise and experience to accurately manage a register.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems calmly and courteously.
