The position requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma, 2 years of retail customer service experience, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to manage a cash register and POS system. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age or as required by state regulations.
• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures.
• Intermediate-level math skills.
• Proven ability to accurately manage a register.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving in a calm, professional manner.
• Strong computer-based skills.
• Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business-minded and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVRO background check.
• Bilingual is a plus for specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Meet & exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.
• Assist in building a strong retail business and embrace change.
• Contribute to a world-class hospitality program.
• Drive repeat business through local networking and data capture.
• Maintain knowledge on products and cannabis laws/regulations.
• Answer customer questions and educate on products and usage.
• Maintain high customer experience standards and engagement.
• Accurately process transactions and manage the POS system.
• Follow dispensary safety protocols and security requirements.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Support other duties (call center, inventory, outreach, delivery, merchandising).
• Possibly hold a driver’s license and drive as required.
• Represent the organization positively to employees, customers, and community.
