C3 Industries, headquartered in Ann Arbor, operates the High Profile Cannabis Shop network. The Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service with personalized product recommendations to help customers select cannabis products that fit their needs.

You will greet customers, verify IDs, process online orders, and maintain stock on the floor while staying current on product knowledge and local regulations. Experience in retail, a HS diploma, and 21+ eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred.
• Commitment to achieving KPIs regularly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local cannabis regulations preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check.
