C3 Industries, headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI, operates the High Profile Cannabis Shop network and several brands. The Buchanan location seeks a Sales Associate to deliver world‑class service, guide customers through product selection, and drive sales with upselling techniques.

You will greet customers, verify IDs, and maintain product knowledge while assisting with online orders and inventory tasks. This on‑site role requires 21+, a background check, and availability for nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Commitment to reaching KPI targets.
• Ability to pass a background check and be 21+.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers; keep experience as top priority.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and conversion rate goals.
• Greet customers and verify ID at entry.
• Assist with questions on forms and update customer information as needed.
• Maintain the waiting room and keep sales floor stocked.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Fill online orders quickly and accurately.
