Job summary

C3 Industries is hiring a Budtender for our Webberville, MI location. You will deliver world-class customer service and drive sales by recommending products and upselling, guided by product knowledge and customer needs.

You will greet customers, verify IDs, assist with forms, maintain the floor and inventory, and educate on cannabis properties. The role requires 1+ year of service, POS experience, and willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs on a regular basis.
• Effective multi-tasker with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills; ability to correspond in a professional and businesslike manner.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and is 21 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required state licenses based on work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers and drive sales.
• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Assist with state-required forms and update customer information.
• Keep waiting room and sales floor stocked.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and effects.
• Fill online orders quickly while prioritizing customer experience.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on trends.
• Use and maintain the POS system accurately and manage cash.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits regularly.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Support compliance with policies and schedules.
