Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID required.
• Compliance with all cannabis regulations and company rules.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on customer needs and stay updated on products.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure store operations are compliant and smooth.
• Enforce local/state cannabis regulations and maintain store appearance.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and well-presented.
• Maintain necessary files and follow security procedures.
• Perform Front of House, Back of House and Maintenance duties as assigned.
