Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist in Massachusetts to engage customers in our dispensary, educate on GTI products and dosing methods, and recommend safe regimens. This role requires strong customer service, reliability, and knowledge of cannabis regulations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience in retail or similar environment.
• Familiarity with cannabis products and safe consumption methods is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients/customers and staff.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy.
