Job summary

You will stay informed about GTI products, maintain accurate POS data, verify IDs, keep the floor stocked, participate in patient education, and collaborate with team members to ensure compliant, patient‑centered service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service in a retail environment
• Experience with POS systems or cash handling
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interest in learning about cannabis, products, and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in a customer-facing retail environment
