Good Day Farm is seeking a Lead to drive performance and foster an inclusive store culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will combine hands-on leadership, operational know-how, and cannabis education to empower the team and elevate service.

You will mentor staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with management to meet revenue goals. The role emphasizes compliance, training, and building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Familiarity with Dutchie or METRC or other cannabis-specific software preferred.
• Strong cash counting skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training and development of staff, building daily huddles and zone charts, and motivating the team towards goals.
• Leads in staff coaching and setting standards of success for each team member.
• Supports day-to-day leadership functions and store maintenance.
• Promotes team morale, inclusion, and professional growth; participates in events and promotions.
• Builds relationships with customers and leads by example for service excellence.
• Manages inventory processes, reconciliation, order intake, vault organization, and fulfillment.
• Handles cash counts, closing drawers, and nightly deposits.
• Promotes sales through customer engagement and product knowledge development.
• Oversees daily store opening/closing, cash flow, and upkeep of the facility.
• Ensures compliance across inventory and customer experience standards.
