Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Lead to join our Springfield, MO team. The role blends hands-on leadership with strong operational know-how to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster an inclusive store culture.

You will train staff, manage daily store functions, and ensure accurate inventory and cash processes while upholding compliance and the company mission. The Lead will drive revenue through customer engagement, inventory accuracy, and team development, serving as a role model

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
• Strong understanding of local and state regulations governing cannabis operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and assists in training staff, builds daily huddles, and motivates the team to meet goals.
• Sets leadership example with uniform appearance, timeliness, and customer-focused service.
• Oversees inventory processes, reconciliation, vault organization, and order fulfillment.
• Manages daily cash flow, till setting, cash handling, and nightly deposits.
• Drives customer experience initiatives, upselling, and loyalty programs.
• Coordinates daily store operations, opening/closing duties, and collaboration with leadership.
