Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead in Missouri to act as an operational extension of the Store Manager on shift. You will oversee a 25+ member team, ensure guests are attended to promptly, and provide day-to-day operational support from discount codes to lunch coverage.

Responsibilities include coaching on sales metrics, inventory control to reduce shrinkage, opening/closing store duties, cash reconciliation, and POS management.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing large teams.
• Sales coaching and guest service orientation.
• Knowledge of cannabis industry operations and Missouri compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily tasks and lead 25+ team members on shift.
• Coach team on sales metrics and provide feedback to improve location performance.
• Oversight of inventory control to reduce shrinkage.
• Manage floor operations including openings/closings, cash handling, and POS usage.
• Ensure compliance with Missouri state regulations and company policies.
• Aim to improve sales month over month and train staff on expected metrics.
• Educate team on sales expectations and manage aging/expired products.
