Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead to act as the store manager's operational extension on the sales floor. You will guide 25+ team members, coach sales performance, manage inventory, and ensure smooth floor operations, from openings to cash reconciliation.

You will oversee compliance with Missouri regulations and maintain guest experiences during peak hours, while driving sales growth and reducing aging inventory. This role reports to the Store Manager and is based in Missouri.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership background for large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Daily tasks: The exact work you do.
• Leadership responsibilities: coaching 25+ team members and overseeing inventory.
• Sales coaching: provide feedback to the team to improve metrics.
• Inventory control: reduce shrinkage by proper scanning.
