Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; cannabis retail experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods, or a willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized service by understanding their needs and recommending suitable cannabis products.
• Educate customers on cannabis strains, concentrates, edibles, and other products, including their effects and usage methods.
• Assist with sales transactions using the POS system and provide accurate receipts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including age verification and purchase limits.
• Maintain organized inventory and store cleanliness; collaborate with team for smooth operations.
