Job summary

Insa Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead to drive excellent customer service and act as a sales leader in our Avon, MA location. You will coach the team, educate customers on cannabis products, and process transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

The role requires 21+ years old, a high school diploma, and 1–3 years of leadership in retail or service. Flexible schedule, strong teamwork, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; POS software and cash management experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate customer service while leading the team.
• Educate customers on brand, products, and regulatory compliance.
• Process transactions accurately using a computerized system; train staff as needed.
• Lead to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
• Communicate daily with the store team about sales performance and promotions.
• Authorize facility access and maintain records; manage restocking.
• Support training and development for team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and wear PPE as required.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
