Insa Cannabis in Salem, MA is seeking a Retail Lead to guide customer interactions, promote product knowledge, and process sales to meet growth goals.

You will lead a team, educate customers on brand, ensure accurate POS transactions, and uphold state regulations and company SOPs.

The role requires a 21+ age, a high school diploma, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• 1 – 3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; POS software and cash management experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Clear background check per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and lead the team.
• Educate customers on brand, products, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately using POS system and train staff as needed.
• Lead sales efforts to meet or exceed company goals with Insa standards.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and SOPs; uphold safety and procedures.
• Communicate daily with store team on sales performance and promotions.
• Authorize facility access, escort customers, and retain records as required.
• Ensure order fulfillment and restocking when needed.
• Assist with training and development for team members.
• Offer flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report hazards.
