Job summary

Insa Cannabis in Massachusetts is seeking a Retail Associate to interact with customers and provide excellent service through product knowledge and recommendations. You will follow company sales methods to contribute to sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, educating customers on products and regulations, and assisting with restocking while maintaining a clean, compliant store environment. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; POS software and cash management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate customer service.
• Educate customers on the brand, product options, and regulatory compliance.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a computerized system.
• Contribute to meeting sales goals by following Insa sales standards.
• Perform order fulfillment and restocking as needed.
• Comply with state regulations and company policies; follow SOPs.
• Authorize facility access by checking IDs and completing records.
• Accommodate a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; wear PPE and report hazards.
• Work as part of a team to achieve store objectives.
