Cresco Labs Sunnyside in Buffalo Grove, IL seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day dispensary operations, participate in opening/closing procedures, and direct staff workflow in compliance with state law and company standards. You will manage customer escalations, reinforce team culture, and act as an ambassador of the Sunnyside mission to normalize, professionalize, and elevate cannabis retail.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service and 1+ year leading a team; cannabis

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service.
• 1+ year leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical and product information in a professional consultative manner.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures (register preparation, inventory reconciliation and reporting).
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors, including coaching on selling and cross‑selling techniques.
• Respond to employees’ questions, concerns or suggestions and communicate team resource requirements to management.
• Provide real‑time coaching and feedback for performance concerns; document and elevate all employee relations issues in a timely manner.
• Direct the workflow of the team by creating morning rosters, break sheets and delegating daily responsibilities.
• Ensure team accountability to compliance with all company policies, procedures, state and local laws.
