Job summary

Cresco Labs, owner of Sunnyside dispensaries, seeks a Dispensary Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day cannabis retail operations. You will direct staff workflow, handle customer escalations, and uphold regulatory standards while promoting the Sunnyside brand and Cresco mission.

In this role, you’ll train and coach Wellness Advisors, ensure compliance, and drive sales goals. The position emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply product information in a professional consultative manner.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures and manage daily workflows.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Wellness Advisors, coaching on selling techniques.
• Respond to employee questions and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback on performance; document employee relations issues.
• Direct team workflow with rosters and daily responsibilities; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and respond to product questions; investigate discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot POS or inventory issues and reconcile counts.
• Maintain marketing asset inventory and a clean, safe environment.
