Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product information in a professional consultative manner.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures (register prep, inventory, reporting).
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors, including coaching on selling techniques.
• Respond to employee questions or concerns and communicate resource needs to management.
• Provide real-time coaching and document employee relations issues for management.
• Direct workflow by creating rosters and delegating daily responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and state/local laws.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and respond to complex product questions.
• Investigate cash, POS, or product discrepancies and document accordingly.
• Troubleshoot POS system issues and reconcile inventory and cash deposits.
• Maintain inventory of marketing assets and ensure a clean, safe environment.
