Sunnyside, a Cresco Labs brand, is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor to support daily dispensary operations in New York, ensuring compliance and top-notch service for recreational, medical, and caregiver customers. The role emphasizes training, performance coaching, and maintaining a positive store culture.

As a Sunnyside store supervisor you will direct staff workflow, manage opening/closing, and address escalations while upholding company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer service.
• 1+ year experience leading or mentoring a team; cannabis experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform store opening and closing procedures, including register prep and inventory reconciliation.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Lead Wellness Advisors and Wellness Advisors.
• Respond to employee questions and communicate team resource needs to management.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback for performance concerns; document issues.
• Direct the workflow of the team with rosters and daily responsibilities.
• Ensure team compliance with policies, procedures, and laws.
• Manage escalated customer concerns and complex product questions.
• Investigate cash, POS or product discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot POS system issues and maintain inventory accuracy.
