Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Lakeland, FL location. This part-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, guiding guests through our product lineup, and processing transactions at the register with attention to accuracy and compliance.

You will contribute to a welcoming store environment, upsell products, and participate in loyalty sign-ups while supporting team goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
• Minimum 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
