Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at our Palm Harbor location to be the face of the brand, helping guests explore cannabis products and provide top-tier service. You will foster a welcoming, informative, and inclusive environment while upselling and guiding customers to the right product fit.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy at the register, and adherence to store standards in a fast-paced, regulated retail setting. Weekend shifts are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
• The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build strong and genuine connections with customers, ask thoughtful questions, and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.
