JARS Cannabis is seeking a Retail Representative to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. You will work with store leadership, learn policies through JARS University, and help customers select products, promotions, and loyalty perks.

The role requires 21+ years old, 2+ years of retail customer service, and strong interpersonal skills. Training is provided, and a dynamic, inclusive team culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail/sales.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and applications.
• Cannabis or health industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge.
• Upsell products and promotions.
• Record transactions in POS system.
• Open/close duties as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Follow safety policies and CRA rules.
• Cross-train and cover shifts.
• Escalate issues to management.
