Job summary

Copperstate Farms is seeking a Shift Lead for our Tempe dispensary to deliver outstanding customer service, supervise the retail team, and help reach revenue goals. You will guide staff, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory or retail management experience in a dispensary, strong POS skills, and a commitment to reliability. Evening/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising or retail management experience in a dispensary.
• Technologically adept with cannabis POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong leadership, communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the shift and motivate the team to deliver high service levels.
• Perform Store Associate duties during the shift when needed.
• Hit sales KPIs and coach staff to improve performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
• Provide training to new employees on policies and procedures.
• Support General Manager with administrative tasks and cash handling.
• Balance cash registers and ensure accurate deposits.
