Job summary

Copperstate Farms and Sol Flower is seeking a Shift Lead for our Tucson dispensary. You will lead the retail team, drive store performance, and deliver high-quality customer service while helping meet revenue goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of dispensary supervision, strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience with cannabis POS systems. Must be 21+, pass a background check, and be available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a background check to obtain Arizona Facility Agent card.
• Minimum 1 year supervising or retail management experience with 1-2 years dispensary experience.
• Associates or bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technologically advanced with working knowledge of cannabis POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the shift and motivate the dispensary team to deliver elevated service.
• Perform the Store Associate role when needed during shifts.
• Hit sales KPIs and coach staff to improve performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Handle customer and employee requests and escalate when needed.
• Provide administrative support to General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits and end-of-day procedures.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis state regulations and laws.
