Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure 25+ team members are upselling and meeting inventory responsibilities.
• Coach and provide sales feedback to the shift team to improve location metrics.
• Oversee shrink reduction via proper product scanning and inventory control.
• Manage floor openings/closings, cash reconciliation, and POS discount codes.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona state requirements during inspections.
• Pave the way for monthly sales growth and team education on metrics.
