Higher Leaf is seeking experienced shift leads to run operations across our cannabis dispensaries. You will manage shift teams, ensure policy compliance, and deliver excellent customer service while promoting a positive environment.

Responsibilities include till reconciliations, cash drops, assisting with promotions, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance. You will coordinate with the management team to meet daily goals and ensure a smooth, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience.
• Two+ years of retail/customer-facing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work at any of six locations.
• Must be able to work days, nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Smartphone required.

Responsabilités

• Manage shift operations and team members.
• Promote a positive work environment for customers and employees.
• Handle till reconciliations, cash drops and complex transactions.
• Provide feedback to team members to maximize employee success.
• Oversee merchandising, stocking and store appearance.
• Ensure proper execution of promotions and sales.
• Delegate workflow to maintain efficient daily store operations.
• Coordinate with management to communicate daily goals and achieve them.
