The role requires at least 2 years in inventory management, familiarity with METRC and POS systems, and the ability to pass a background check. The position is full-time with regular hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory management or retail stock control.
• Experience with POS systems and METRC is preferred.
• Able to pass background check and 21+.

Responsibilities

• Log incoming products into METRC/BioTrack accurately.
• Meet or exceed sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Train team on SOPs for intake, packaging, inventory.
• Verify deliveries against manifests and report discrepancies.
• Package and label customer orders per regulations.
• Maintain inventory and reconcile with METRC.
• Open and close the store independently.
• Maintain stock on sales floor and backroom.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date.
