High Plainz Strains in Fort Lupton, Colorado seeks an Assistant Manager for our dispensary. This full-time role involves running shifts, guiding Front Desk Associates and Budtenders, handling cash and daily operations, and supporting the Store Manager.

Cannabis retail experience is helpful but not required. The right candidate shows ownership, strong organization, excellent communication, and a commitment to compliant, customer-focused service in a regulated retail environment.

Qualificações

• Previous supervisory, keyholder, shift-lead or management experience.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate employees.

• Cash handling and reconciliation experience.

Responsabilidades
