Responsibilities include greeting customers, upselling, processing transactions, and maintaining store standards while promoting loyalty programs and staying informed on promotions.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a customer-facing or sales role
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience
• Provide personalized product advice and upsell where appropriate
• Operate cash register, process transactions and handle cash accurately
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
• Support inventory tasks including restocking and online orders
• Meet or exceed daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge
• Stay updated on promotions and product updates
