Job summary

Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the Curaleaf brand and guide customers through our cannabis products with friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will welcome guests, upsell products, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant retail environment at our Westmont, IL location. The role supports a fast-paced team focused on guest satisfaction and continued store success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Offer personalized product advice and upsell where appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and follow procedures.
• Engage with guests about rewards programs and promotions.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing duties and inventory tasks.
