Job summary

Curaleaf, a leader in the cannabis industry, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our Allentown team. You’ll be the face of the brand, helping guests explore products and ensuring top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll greet customers, upsell when appropriate, and collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming store. A high school diploma and POS experience are preferred, with weekend/evening availability and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
