Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Store Associate for our Greensburg, PA location. This full-time role offers $16.00/hour and a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where you’ll help customers explore cannabis products and deliver great service.

You will greet guests, provide product guidance, and process transactions while maintaining a welcoming store. Join a team that values reliability, teamwork, and compliance in a regulated retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months of POS/cash handling experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
